Terms of use
Using ProofExam means you agree to these terms. Keep it simple: sit your own papers, review what AI drafts, and treat credentials as proof of an attempt.
The product
ProofExam is an assessment platform. AI drafts questions; you review before anyone sits them. Mock tests update ProofScore. Certifications issue ProofExam Verified credentials only if you pass the bar. Campus lock, allocation, and hiring sends are available to try in studio.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account you create and the papers you publish. Do not sit a paper for someone else. Do not attempt to bypass timers, tab lock, or proctoring.
Plans
Free, Pro, Campus, and Enterprise. Pro is for learners and tutors who need more volume. Campus and Enterprise go live on a custom agreement after you have tried the flow.
Content
You keep rights in material you upload. You grant ProofExam a licence to host, process, and display it so the product can run. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Credentials
A ProofExam Verified mark is not for sale. It is issued after a defined attempt. Anyone may verify an ID, a QR, or the document. We can seal a fingerprint of the result. Your name and files stay private.
